Unité de Recherche Technologies et Valorisation Agro-alimentaire (TVA)

Objectif de l’Unité TVA :

 

L’objectif de cette UR est de regrouper les thèmes de recherche ayant des liens directs ou indirects avec les technologies alimentaires et de mutualiser les ressources humaines et les moyens techniques de la Faculté des sciences dans la quête de l’excellence dans les domaines de l’agro-alimentaire et la valorisation des coproduits de l’industrie alimentaire.

Cette UR a pour mission de développer la recherche en réponse aux problématiques posées par les industriels de l’agro-alimentaire ainsi que dans le domaine de la valorisation des coproduits issus de cette industrie. L’ensemble des activités de cette UR se regroupe selon six thématiques complémentaires, pluridisciplinaires et multi-échelles.

Laboratoires de recherche : 

L’Unité de Recherche TVA comporte deux laboratoires « Laboratoire de Caractérisation et Transformation des Agro-ressources » et « Laboratoire de Métrologie et de Fractionnements Isotopiques » qui regroupent des enseignants-chercheurs cadrés, des collaborateurs et des doctorants à la Faculté des sciences. Les activités de recherche effectuées au sein de cette unité sont le fruit d’une étroite collaboration entre les membres du laboratoire et d’un transfert mutuel des connaissances avec des laboratoires et universités étrangères.

Machine pilote de texturation, d’extraction et/ou stérilisation par Intensification de la Vaporisation par Détente vers le Vide "IVDV". Cette machine a été définie, conçue et réalisée au sein de notre Centre d’Analyses et de Recherches. Il s’agit d’une nouvelle technologie permet le traitement de produits alimentaires, pharmaceutiques, parapharmaceutiques très sensibles.


Poudre de composés phénoliques extraits de marcs de raisin par "I-Red-Irrad " (Brevet FS-USJ, 12-12-2017) puis séchée par atomisation (Spray drying).
